Booking/Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Please visit My Bookings to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time. Late arrivals may result in cancelled or shortened sessions.

• No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged a $25 "No Show" fee.
