What are the benefits of EMS training?EMS training has many amazing benefits such as weight loss, increase muscle mass, and full-body toning. EMS is also easy on the joints and is a great workout to help relieve back and knee pain. View full list of benefits

Is EMS Safe?Yes, we use medical grade EMS machines that deliver low-frequency impulses which do not reach the heart or organs.

Why is EMS training more effective than conventional workouts?EMS activates 300+ muscles (over 90% of the muscles fibres) at the same time during your 20-minute workout. Studies have shown that a 20 minute EMS session is equivalent to 3-4 hours of conventional training time in the gym! You are also able to target deep muscle fibres which are difficult to target during conventional workouts at the gym. All in all, you will see faster results!

What is your cancellation policy?You may reschedule or cancel your EMS sessions up to 24 hours before your session. Any cancellations within 24 hours or "No Shows" will be charged to your account.

How long until I see results?You will begin to feel the effects of EMS training after your first session! Results depend on factors such as current weight, age, gender, nutrition, and other training. For best results we recommend 2 sessions per week and staying on a consistent schedule

Does it hurt?Not at all. It is best described as a moderate to strong tingle sensation. And like traditional workouts, EMS can cause some muscle soreness which will typically go away within a few days.

Can I lose weight with EMS training?Yes, In your first 5 sessions you can expect to start seeing results! It is important to note however that significant weight loss can only be achieved by having proper nutrition combined with regular exercise.

Can anyone do EMS training?Yes, EMS training is for all ages and fitness levels, no experience required. There are however some contra-indicators that we will require doctors approval before your first session.

How much do EMS Sessions cost?Cost per session depends on your session package or membership type. Our full list of prices can be found HERE.

How often do I do EMS training?We recommend 1 training session per week for the first 5 sessions. As you see progress and your body adjusts to the stimulation, you can do a maximum of 2 sessions per week. We also recommend 4-7 days in between training sessions to allow the body to fully recover and avoid over training.

Can I Train with a Friend/Partner?Yes! We can train a maximum of 2 people at a time. For double sessions please call or send us an email with the date and time you'd like. Or you can book a time slot and then let us know you'll be bringing someone with you!

How do I get started?Getting started is easy! Click BOOK NOW to book your session. Make sure to select "Trial Session" if it is your first session. Follow the steps as directed and after your session is booked all you have to do is show up at your appointment time! We will have everything ready for you when you arrive. No need to bring any workout gear, we supply you with your very own workout gear (top and bottom) that you will wear during your EMS session.
